What you need to know about this Oneroa, Waiheke beachfront accommodation:

• Everything about this cottage is cosy – suits one or two couples or  a small family
• Sleeps four…..queen bed and two singles…….no wardrobes (just wall pegs/drawers and a shelf)
• One bathroom…..shower, basin, washing machine/drier
• Veranda has daybed at either end with a coffee table and cane chairs at one end and dining table at the other
• Central living room has sofa, french leather chairs, television
• Kitchen is at rear opening on to central living area.  Sliding window opens to rear courtyard. Single dish drawer dishwasher.
• Rear courtyard has outdoor dining and open fire.  Small rainwater tank in this area – yes we need to conserve water in summer time.
• Absolutely no parties….though obviously you can have friends to visit.   Waste disposal consent for four people.
• Wifi, no landline phone, Netflix capable TV
• A garage/secondary living space with sofa squabs opens to the rear courtyard.
• Parking for a small car outside garage. Otherwise parking is available in public parking spaces along Beach Parade. We use bikes to get to the island and park them in the garage.
